M.G.C. Finance becomes a RAO: a new digital hub to accelerate corporate processes

Important news at M.G.C. Finance. The company, 100% owned by Studio Santoro S.r.l., has obtained authorization as a RAO, enabling it to directly support the issuance of CNS, digital signatures, and SPID.

A simple expansion of services? No, a true strategic transition. Today, many corporate, banking, tax, and administrative operations depend on the speed with which companies and legal representatives can identify themselves digitally, sign documents, and access public platforms. In this scenario, having an internal hub for issuing digital tools means reducing downtime and avoiding operational fragmentation. In other words, it means making corporate processes more fluid.

Digital signatures, CNS, and SPID are now much more than technical requirements. We are talking about enabling infrastructures for the life of the business: from the incorporation of companies to the management of relationships with banks, the Italian Revenue Agency, the Business Register, public bodies, and administrative platforms.

With this authorization, M.G.C. Finance strengthens its role as an operational structure at the service of businesses, integrating consultancy, digital tools, and executive capacity.

A further evolutionary step that fits coherently into the vision of global consultancy theorized and applied since the beginning, to accompany companies in their decisions, but also in their concrete implementation.

When law, tax, finance, and technology communicate within the same system, the business gains time, control, and execution capacity. And, inevitably, it grows.
